Wildfire Protection Plan

Community Wildfire Protection Plan

The West Douglas County Fire Protection District is particitpating in the Douglas County Community Wildfire Protection Plan. The paln will include a county-wide wildfire hazard assessment, identification of communities at risk, and recommendations on how communities can reduce their risk to wildfire. There was community meeting on the plan on Tuesday October 26th. Over 40 citizens attended.
